PFMA Kigali 2026 — Public Finance Management Academy for Africa

From 28 September to 2 October 2026, our teams were in Kigali, Rwanda, for the 3rd edition of the Public Finance Management Academy for Africa. An African Development Bank gathering devoted to public debt management in transition states.

Five days of working sessions, training and exchanges between public finance practitioners from across the continent. ADESIS GROUP brought its expertise and its technical teams to support the event from set-up to the closing session.

Working in Kigali means taking a complete setup away from home and rebuilding it on site, on a schedule that leaves no margin. It is exactly the kind of mission our teams are prepared for.
