We cover the full event audiovisual chain: multi-camera filming and livestreaming, professional sound, lighting, giant LED screens, simultaneous interpretation, webinars and hybrid events, corporate films and photography. You can entrust your entire event to a single team.
We are based in Abidjan (Cocody Angré) and operate throughout Côte d'Ivoire and West Africa. ADESIS GROUP is also present in Rwanda and France, and can travel for your international events.
Pricing depends on the event duration, venue, technical setup (number of cameras, LED screen size, sound power, interpretation booths…) and expected deliverables. As every event is unique, we provide a free, no-obligation quote tailored to your budget. Request it via our contact form or WhatsApp.
Ideally, contact us as soon as your date is set, especially for large events (international conferences, ceremonies) that require site visits and technical preparation. We can also handle urgent requests depending on team availability.
Yes. We broadcast simultaneously on YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Zoom, Teams and any other channel, with redundant encoding for uninterrupted streaming. Our ADESIS LIVE platform can even monetise your broadcasts with online ticketing and mobile-money payment.
Yes, it is one of our specialities: ISO-standard soundproof booths, latest-generation BOSCH consoles, up to 8 language channels and certified interpreters (French, English, Portuguese, Arabic, Spanish and African languages).
Yes. We install modular indoor/outdoor LED walls with a pixel pitch suited to viewing distance, plus complete stage and venue lighting, with a dedicated control desk throughout your event.
Master recordings and edited replays are delivered promptly after the event; the exact timeline depends on the volume and level of editing required, and is set in the quote. A preview (selected photos, highlights) can be provided as early as the next day on request.
Yes. We regularly support the AfDB, UNDP, UNICEF, ECOWAS, GIZ, Meta and Endeavour Mining. Our teams are well versed in the protocol, accreditation and confidentiality requirements of these organisations.
